A Note from Gary
As REALTORS®, we have a proud tradition of being leaders in the industry. Time and time again, we have led the way to better times with thoughtful solutions and have been a dependable resource for our leaders in government. Equally important, our clients need our dedication and skills as knowledgeable and trusted sources of all the information necessary to make sound decisions about buying and selling.
I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to serve on committees and work groups that have and continue to shape our association and plan for our future. I hope to continue that service in the role of the NAR RVP for Region One.
It’s very important to me to serve the Association and industry by continuing our efforts to demonstrate and improve the benefits and value of being a REALTOR®, as well as keeping a watchful eye for issues that affect private property rights. This means heightening communications to members on the many tools at their disposal; it means enhancing educational opportunities to help us better succeed in this or any market, and actively working on property rights issues like preserving Mortgage Interest Deduction and housing affordability issues. Most importantly, it means being the voice of our members here in New England and at the national level.
I believe that the skills, experience and insight from serving on such committees as Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction, RPIC, and Strategic Planning has prepared me to be a positive force as your 2014 RVP. I ask for your support.
